I know about stress-induced depression and anxiety both as a neuroscientist and as a trauma survivor.
I speak from both perspectives every time I speak to an audience.
I would be honored to speak to yours.
About Pamela Coburn-Litvak
Professional Speaking Associations
My Speaking Experience
Up until recently, I taught in university classrooms and did public health seminars on the side when I had time.
If you’ve read my story, you know that I have decided to flip that and go into speaking and writing full-time.
My past speaking venues have included:
- Church events
- College/University assemblies
- Health conference workshops and breakout sessions
I am also interested in speaking for professional associations and corporate wellness programs.
My Speaking Expertise and Style
I work from a solid foundation of scientific knowledge – I figure that’s why people hire me.
But I also understand that no one wants to listen to an hour or more of nerdy-science-techno-jargon. So I don’t use it. Instead, I use story and metaphor as my narrative. I’ve even been known to sing a song or two on stage, at no extra charge. 😉
